Available payment methods are those shown during checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected unless a material error is discovered and communicated to the customer.

BEAUTIQUE 7 provides delivery across Egypt. Normal delivery is expected within 1–5 business days, depending on the governorate and delivery location.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to applicable Egyptian consumer protection law and our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving a product, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products may be reported within 30 days of receipt, as provided by applicable law.

Changes do not remove rights connected to an order that was previously confirmed.
