These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BEAUTIQUE 7 website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Egyptian law.
1. Store information

2. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse another person's details, or infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
3. Products and information
Products offered by BEAUTIQUE 7 are sold as original products. We take reasonable care to present product names, sizes, descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and packaging updates may cause minor visual differences. If an error is identified, we may correct it and will contact you if it materially affects an order.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to product availability and verification of delivery information. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, a price or listing error is material, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's process.
5. Prices and payment
The price and any applicable delivery charge shown or communicated during checkout or order confirmation apply to the order. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout; we do not promise a payment method that is not shown.
6. Delivery
We deliver across all governorates of Egypt. Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on the governorate and delivery location. See our Shipping Information.
7. Returns, exchanges, and defective products
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection law. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products may be ineligible where they cannot be returned to their original condition, except where mandatory legal rights apply. Incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming products should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs to help us review the request.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify hosts the store and processes information needed to provide the storefront and related services.
9. Intellectual property
The BEAUTIQUE 7 name, logo, website design, original text, and other store content may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, operations, or legal requirements. The current version and update date will appear on this page. Changes do not remove rights already attached to a confirmed order.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact BEAUTIQUE 7 first so we can try to resolve any concern. Consumers may also exercise their rights through the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency where applicable.
