Exchange & Return Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

BEAUTIQUE 7 handles exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection law. This page does not limit any mandatory legal rights.

Return or exchange within 14 days

A request may be submitted within 14 days from receiving the product, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. The product should remain in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging, labels, seals, and included items.

Opened, used, damaged, or altered products may be ineligible where they cannot be returned to their original condition for a reason attributable to the customer, subject to applicable law.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer may request the remedies available under applicable law within 30 days from receipt. A valid request will be handled without additional cost to the customer, as required by law.

How to submit a request

Contact us through WhatsApp at +20 101 854 1188. Provide the order number, customer name, reason for the request, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, seals, and any visible issue.

Prompt contact helps us document delivery problems, but does not reduce any mandatory legal period.

Inspection and refunds

Returned products may be inspected to confirm their condition and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where available or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Customer-caused damage

Products damaged, used, altered, or stored improperly after delivery are not eligible where the loss of original condition is attributable to the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact and complaints

Please contact BEAUTIQUE 7 first so we can review and resolve the request. Customers may also exercise their rights through the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
